Joe Nusbaum, RPh:
My company has been using the services of the Ambulatory CARE Pharmacy for many years. When I first started at Bioqual nearly four years ago, I was informed that if I needed any interesting and animal friendly formulations, I was only to ask and your staff could provide them. I was skeptical, as I had heard that from other places and hadn’t had much luck. However, I wanted to send you a letter to let you know that not only has your staff and pharmacy been wonderful and helpful to us, but one individual in particular, Edward, has really stood out.
Since our company works with immunosuppressed non-human primates and we also work with chimpanzees, we have many challenging pharmaceutical requests. We combine requests that could be considered pediatric and veterinary in nature. When I call some of our regular drug whole sale suppliers I don’t get much individualized attention. Our purchasing people always suggest your pharmacy. Over the lat few interactions I have had such spectacular personalized service and assistance from Edward that I am now convinced that I have no need to go anywhere else…I would never be able to get any help by calling the customer service line of my drug catalogs, but within minutes Edward helped me and b the end of the day I had the product in house and dispensed. One of my researchers now orders Zerit for his research program from you instead of having it shipped directly from the client’s pharmacy, as we find you more reliable..
So I would like thank you for your fine service to us. I appreciate your help and your reliability. And I would like to thank you for taking our needs seriously, even though our patients are ‘just’ animals. It means a lot to me and to all of us that work at Bioqual.
Sincerely,
Wendeline L. Wagner, DVM

Dearest Joe,
I do believe in angels here on Earth and I know that you and Desiree are truly mine. Thank you both for caring about me because if not for you, I would just stop the fight. All of my best wishes, prayers, and hopes for a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year to each and every one of my extended family at Ambulatory Care Pharmacy.
Love, Mary Sherman

Dear Mr. Nusbaum,
On behalf of Health Volunteers Overseas (HVO), I would like to thank Ambulatory CARE Pharmacy for the donation of medications, which has been valued at $400. This donation was taken to the site in Cambodia by Dr. Mitchell Stark in May 2006. Donations like yours are a vital component to HVO’s effort to create long-lasting improvements in the quality and availability of health care in developing countries.
Each year, HVO volunteers teach, mentor, and work alongside more than 2,600 local health care professionals in over 25 countries. The impact of this educational effort will be felt for years to come. Not only do patients in need of treatment today benefit from the delivery of better and safer care, but the patients of tomorrow will also benefit.
Thank you again for your support of Health Volunteers Overseas.
Sincerely,
Nancy A. Kelly, MHS

Dear Mr. Nusbaum,
About 5 years ago, I began ordering prescriptions from your pharmacy for all my fertility treatments. Over those years, your shop was responsible for getting me all my pills, capsules, injections, syringes, vitamins, etc. etc.
Whenever I called to place an order, you were always polite, professional, and friendly. You made my life-during a very stressful time-so much easier by shipping my prescriptions to my home. And you have continued to provide me pre-natal vitamins with easy ordering and your terrific fast shipping.
Well, here it is, 5 years later. I have not one, but TWO gorgeous, beautiful children. A boy, Adam, is 3 ½ years old; a girl, Lillian, is 6 months old. You can see from the enclosed photo why they are my utter and complete joy in life!
I have gone out of my way to thank all those responsible for these two miracles: my doctors, my friends, my OB, and the list goes on. But I realized if it was not for the essential medications and their timely delivery, I could not have realized this goal!
So I want to take a moment to recognize you and your staff, and tell you how completely and enormously grateful I am for all your help these last five years. As the saying goes, “I could not have done it without you!”
Thank you again with my utmost sincerity,
Judith B. Remondi

Dear Joe,
I just wanted to take a few seconds to express my appreciation for all of your kindness these past couple of months. It is rare that you find a pharmacist who seems to have a genuine interest in and care for one of his clients. I often feel that you know me better than any of my doctors. Your last comment regarding the meds shortage and my worry about it is a good example. As I was leaving, as you were going to check into it, you said, with a gentle pat on my hand “Don’t worry, I’ll take care of this.” My mind was at ease immediately and I knew you would take care of it.
Thanks for being such a caring person who exudes confidence and comfort. You are one of a kind.
